At this time, I am not utilizing an ecommerce/shopping cart ordering system. If you would like to purchase something or place a custom order, please review the information below and then contact me with your order request.
SALES TAX:
Virginia residents will be charged 10.55% sales tax.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payment can be made with a personal check, money order or PayPal (for fastest delivery). With Paypal, you can use your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express, and is easy, secure and only takes a moment to use. You do not have to be a member to use the service. All credit card information is submitted directly to them. Personal checks and money orders must be received within 7 business days. Orders paid by money order will be processed upon arrival of payment; orders by check are processed once the check has cleared. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. Please make checks and money orders payable in US Dollars to Michelle Reeves and remit along with a copy of the email order confirmation to:

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
I ship via USPS (First Class, Priority or Express). If your order size is appropriate, I will check to see if UPS is a more cost effective method of shipment. Please allow 2-3 days while we process, package and ship your items. Please contact us directly should you need items processed sooner. Recycled packaging will be used at times to keep costs at a minimum.
RETURN POLICY:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me for return approval, within 48 hours of receipt. Your money will be refunded minus shipping costs once the items are received in the original condition.
PRIVACY POLICY:
All information that is collected by my site is confidential and shall be used solely for Isle of Innis ordering and mailing list purposes only. None of the information submitted to my site will be shared, distributed or sold to any outside party, except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
