Dealer Requests








  GENERAL INFO
Wholesale accounts are available to those who have a valid Tax ID (EIN or FEIN), and business registration, reseller's/vendor's license or another similar document. Please email or mail a copy of these documents in order to process your request for a wholesale account.

Most orders will be custom made to your specifications, so please be patient while we prepare and process your particular order.

My products may be sold in ANY atmosphere. Possible locations are arts/crafts booths, galleries, specialty shops, coffee shops, bakeries, visitors centers, florists, hotel/hospital gift shops, and other retail establishments and online stores. All pre-packaged items (other than bulk items) must be unaltered, keeping in tact all packaging, labeling, and contents. Any images, photos, graphics and item descriptions are the license of Michelle Reeves/Isle of Innis and may only be reproduced and/or used with written consent from Michelle Reeves/Isle of Innis. Online resellers must provide their website address with their first order to that compliance with these terms can be verified.

Any sales or specials advertised to my customers are strictly for retail customers and not applicable to wholesale orders. Occasionally special offers and discounts will be made to wholesale customers, but you will receive these via email. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Isle of Innis retains the right to cancel any wholesale account at any time and without notice. All prices are wholesale.

MINIMUMS & PAYMENTS
There is a $50 minimum on all orders (before shipping is added). All payments must be made in US funds. Payment may be made through the website using PayPal. I also accept Money Orders and Checks and will contact you via e-mail about your order when you indicate these two forms of payment at check-out. A charge of $25 will be added for each NSF or Stop Payment Check received. Your account will then be PayPal payment only.

PROCESSING TIMES
I usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Since some items will be ordered through a photo lab, immediate shipment is not always possible. If there will be a delay in shipping we will notify you by email. Note that any orders with large quantities of items will take longer to process. I can email you with an estimate of time until shipment once your order is placed.

SHIPPING
All shipments must be made to a physical addresses via UPS or USPS within the continental United States, no PO Boxes. Shipping will be determined and provided to you before your order is verified.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLED ORDERS
I want you and your customers to be completely satisfied. Please contact me with any issues, and we will work something out. Returns, refunds and/or store credits are at the discretion of Isle of Innis and require approval before the return. Only new, unused, and unopened items may be returned. Shipping fees will not be refunded. In general, refunds will not be granted unless items are somehow defective and the defect was not caused during shipment. Any claims of damage from shipping must be made immediately to us and the shipper. Refunds for shipping damage will be made when we have received reimbursement from the shipper. Please retain all packaging and damaged products for inspection for UPS or USPS.
