About Isle of Innis

The idea behind the name Isle of Innis came directly from a poem that was shared by a dear friend of mine. The Lake Isle of Innis Free, by William Butler Yeats, came to me at a time that I was moving into a new home; smaller, older, and away from the nature I'd come to adore. I wanted to be able to keep the nature around me, even if I wasn't still in it geographically. I learned to surround myself with my photos and whimsical artwork to keep the creative side of me alive.

The Isle of Innis website showcases my photography as well as beadwork and a few of my other passions. The website is a work in progress, so please visit often. Oh and if you are interested in reading the poem that inspired Isle of Innis, click here.
